All you need is:

•1 cup of coffee with some sweetener if you like 
(I used salted caramel von @morenutrition.de )

•100ml of unsweetened almond milk

•1 scoop of „more protein iced coffee cafe frappe style“

•Almost a half scoop of „more protein iced coffee dark cookie crumble“

•20 grams more vegan protein „smooth chocolate drink“

•Ice cubes 

Mix all above ingredients and enjoy 😉 

Macros:

195 calories 
7 grams of carbs 
32 grams of protein 
3 grams of fat

✨Low calorie pumpkin mit feta cheese in the oven ✨Low calorie pumpkin mit feta cheese in the oven 🎃 

All you need is:

Hokkaido pumpkin 
Garlic powder
Paprika powder
Cayenne pepper
Rosemary 
Salt
Olive oil (mine was in spray form)

Preheat the oven at 220 degrees 
Wash your pumpkin, clean the inside and cut into slices. 
Marinate your pumpkin with all the above spices and bake for 25-30 minutes.
Serve with feta cheese and enjoy 😌

✨Sugar free / high protein / low calorie lemon l ✨Sugar free / high protein / low calorie lemon loaf 🍋🍞

🍋All you need is:

Wet ingredients:
50 grams or margarine
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
4 eggs
150 grams low fat Greek yogurt

Dry ingredients:
200 grams of flour 
50 grams of protein (vanilla) in case you don’t have any protein powder just add 50 grams of flour 
15 grams of baking powder 
9 grams chunky Flavour (neutral Flavour) 
(In case you don’t have chunky Flavour, 9 grams = 150 grams sugar) you can also use another substitute 
zest of a half lemon 

Preheat the oven at 180 degrees

In a bowl add your wet ingredients, the sugar substitute from the dry ingredients and wisk.
Sift the flour and add it to the wet mixture, add the rest dry ingredients and mix them with a pastry spatula.
Add the mixture to your baking tray and bake for 45 minutes. After 30 minutes cover you loaf with some aluminum foil and bake for another 15 minutes.
Let the loaf cool down for an hour and enjoy ☺️

✨Ultra high protein / low calorie lasagne 🍝 ✨Ultra high protein / low calorie lasagne 🍝

Makes 6 servings 

Calories: 270
Carbs: 18 
Protein: 30
Fat: 8

Instructions:

Spray your pan with some olive oil 
Chopp one onion (mine was 85 gr)
(Add some cinnamon stick if you have)
Add your low fat meat in a pan and sauté it for about 10 minutes
Add one tablespoon of tomato paste and a canes of tomatoes 
Add some powdered cinnamon, cloves, salt, some chilli flakes and one cup of water.
Let it simmer for about 40 minutes and in the meantime keep adding water if needed.

For the high protein Béchamel add in a blender:

400 grams low fat cottage cheese, some almond milk, garlic powder, nutmeg (some powered cheddar cheese if you have), 20 grams of Grana Padano or any other cheese you like) 
Blend it and set it a side

Preheat your oven at 190-200 degrees 

Start building your lasagne:
one layer of bolognese
one layer of lasagne sheets
one layer of Béchamel

Repeat this two more times
Add some Grana Padano cheese on top and bake it for 30 minutes until golden on top

Let it cool and Buon appetito 🤌🏼

✨Gnocchi Spring Bowl 🥣 ▫️YOU NEED: 1 sm ✨Gnocchi Spring Bowl 🥣 

▫️YOU NEED:
1 small 🧅
250 grams 🍄
1 stick of leek
1 tablespoon red curry paste
400 grams chicken minced meat
300 grams gnocchi
100 ml unsweetened almond🥛 
40 grams neutral protein powder (@morenutrition.de)
Seasoning: paprika powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper

▫️INSTRUCTIONS:
Peel and dice the onion.
Wash and chop the mushrooms and the stick of leek.
In a wok / frying pan add 1 tablespoon of red curry paste and a little water.
Add all above vegetables and sauté them for 5-6 minutes on medium heat. 
Add 400 grams of chicken mince and sauté for more 8 minutes. 
Season with some paprika powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper.

In a second pan, add the gnocchi's and sauté them until gold brown and add them to the minced meat pan.
In a shaker, shake together 100 ml of unsweetened almond milk and 40 grams of flavor neutral protein powder ( i used neutral protein powder from @morenutrition.de )with some paprika powder and garlic powder and let stand for 5 minutes. 
After 5 minutes, remove the pan from the heat and add the protein cream, mix well and enjoy ☺️

Each portion (makes 3) contains:

▫️Preheat the oven at 180 degrees

▫️In one bowl mix: 

2 egg yolk’s 
1 package of chocolate pudding powder
30 grams cacao powder 
2 scoops chocolate chunky flavor (@morenutrition.de ) or any other sweetener
50 grams Erythritol 
400 grams thick Joghurt (i used Skyr)

▫️In another bowl beat:
4 egg whites until stiff 

▫️gently fold in the beaten egg whites into the first mixture
▫️pour the mixture into a 18cm springform pan with baking paper and bake for 25 minutes
▫️turn off the oven and let the cake sit for another 25 minutes to cool down (keep the oven door closed)

▫️for the chocolate glaze 🍫:

50 ml warm milk 
60 grams dark chocolate 
1 tsp cacao powder 
10 grams vegan chocolate protein powder ( I used Fine Milk Chocolate from @morenutrition.de )

▫️mix above ingredients until you get a nice consistency and pour it on the cake 
▫️decorate with some cookie crumbs if you like 
▫️let the cake sit in the fridge for about an hour 
▫️enjoy ☺️

it’s tasty, simple and quick 🫡

All YOU NEED is:

✨12 gramms of light peanut butter ( i used powered peanut butter from @morenutrition.de) but you can add any light peanut butter you like (just remember if it’s not light you will have to adjust the calories)

✨ 10 gramms of (vegan) protein powder (i used one with neutral flavor from @morenutrition.de )

✨a pinch of cinnamon

✨some sweetener (I used salted caramel chunky from @morenutrition.de ) you can add any other sweetener you might have.

Mix above ingredients and add some COLD water until you reach the perfect consistency 🙌🏼

Per spread you will get:

Carbs: 1,3 g
Protein: 4,3 g
Fat: 0,5 g

the below ingredient amount is only for 3 spreads, in case you want more just double or triple the ingredient amount and..

It’s not possible! The calories though are too high 🤯 
But .. 😏 I’ve created the healthy version for you guys so you won’t feel guilty for eating them 😉

For those who don’t know these cookies .. melomakarona are Greek traditional honey Christmas cookies with an intense homely smell full of cloves, cinnamon and nutmeg, dipped in syrup 🫠
